We may not necessarily do yoga every day but we will definitely do some form of movement such as pilates or a hike every day.
No, Rosie is an accredited instructor who is specifically trained to teach yoga to students with adhd so she will guide you through it in the best way possible.
Mostly at the villa as it is perfectly set up for this. On days that we do other movements or activities, we can promise that they will be in beautiful surroundings.
