Be the first to apply for a retreat where...
Nothing’s expected. Everything’s accepted.
Being authentic to who you are is a core value at The ADHD Movement Retreats — because your unique (and wonderfully chaotic) energy is what makes these experiences so powerful.
Come as you are - feel free to be...
As active or as chilled as you want.
Journal your heart out or throw the notebook in the bin.
Share your story or stay quiet and soak it all in.
Be social all week or find your peace in solo moments.
Nap for hours, move your body, dance barefoot, eat pancakes or nourishing feasts for dinner.
Hike a volcano at 4am or sleep through breakfast — it’s your call.
This is your adventure — start where you are, do what feels good, and forget the rest.
There is no judgment here.
We embrace people exactly as they are.
All we ask is:
Be kind. Be you.
And most importantly — have fun. 🧡🖤
You want rest, but your brain doesn’t know how to slow down?
You want to build real confidence — not by being perfect, but by being fully yourself
You're tired of pretending to have it all together.
You’re craving connection that doesn’t feel forced or fake
You’ve got a tangled brain and want to feel a little more untangled
You want to build real confidence — not by being perfect, but by being fully yourself
You’re ready to take messy, meaningful steps towards the life you actually want
You’re done waiting to feel “ready” — you’ll take imperfect action instead
You love good food (like, food that deserves its own retreat)
You love nature, adventure, and laughing until your belly hurts
You want movement without pressure, and stillness without guilt
You’re curious what might happen if you stopped running — and started just being
ADHD-friendly: No forced schedules, no pressure to perform. Come exactly as you are.
Real connection: Deep chats, belly laughs, and no masks.
Movement that meets you: Yoga, hiking, dancing — but all optional, and zero judgement.
No pretending: Space to take off the mask and actually rest.
Intimate: Not a big group. It’s personal, real, and transformative.
It's hard to put into words. I have experienced many retreats over the years. I arrived open minded but a little unsure on what I needed from the retreat. What I didn't expect was to find myself amongst the most incredible humans. I saw parts of myself in every one of them from the minute I arrived. Every day, my body aches from the stretch, the challenging yoga poses but most importantly the belly laughs. I don't think I have giggled as much as I have done for YEARS. I had a little transformation of my own, as I went on my own journey from body, mind, soul. On the last night of my retreat I slept for 10 hours, it was something I also hadn't had for a long time. It showed me that my soul was happy, and I was exactly where I needed to be.
I am so grateful to Rosie. I feel like I've made a friend for life, met a truly beautiful individual, inside and out, and was honoured a gift, of self love, confidence and connection not only with others, but myself.
I need more time to reflect on everything.
But, Id like me you're a little hesitant on booking an ADHD retreat with Rosie. Don't be afraid. It might just be the best thing you'll do.
Thank you again, for giving me the chance to put my inner critics in the past, and set them free. Roll on 2026!
'Words cannot describe how much I have loved your retreat. You are a beautiful person inside & out and that has been reflected on what you have created on this retreat. Thank you for helping me on this healing journey, finding my confidence & finally feeling some inner peace. Keep doing amazing things!'
'From attending Rosie's retreat, I have learned that I am capable of doing much more than I thought. I loved pushing myself and Rosie keeps you on your toes! I've committed to doing this for myself once a year. So thank you for bringing this into my life.'

Every activity is structured with ADHD-friendly timing and breaks
Freedom to participate at your comfort level
Built-in adventure and excitement your ADHD brain craves
A bit of everything — but only if it feels good for you. Expect a mix of yoga, Pilates, mindful movement, and optional adventures like hiking or dancing barefoot under the stars.
This retreat is about feeling, not performing — so whether you join every session or nap through half of them, you’re doing it right. No experience needed, no pressure, and absolutely no judgment.
There will be the option to move at least once every day.
Not at all. Rosie and her team are certified Yoga and Pilates instructors, trained specifically to work with ADHD brains — so they know how to mix things up, keep it engaging, and guide you in a way that actually works for you.
No experience needed. Just come as you are — we’ll meet you there.
Mostly at the villa as it is perfectly set up for this. On days that we do other movements or activities, we can promise that they will be in beautiful surroundings.
